This morning I made some fabulous Caramel Apple Crepes. These are a variation off of my original crepes. They have cinnamon, nutmeg and a little baking soda in them to fluff them up a little.
I topped them with cinnamon caramelized apples that were to die for. Not to discount the dollop of whipped cream with nutmeg on top!
In the words of my sweet hubby, “These crepes are inviting like grandma’s homemade apple pie!”
This was an easy yet scrumptious Sunday breakfast that I would definitely make again.
